THE NEW ARTISTREE

Part of the Swire Properties family, ArtisTree was relocated in 2018 to bring in an even greater scope of art programmes and new inspirations to the Taikoo Place community. However, these innovative art forms and diverse range of original works lacks connection with the office community.

CONTEXT

In Taikoo Place, people tend to “work more, play less”, community building are considered a compromise of their off-work hours.


Hong Kong has always been a city of practicality. Art is luxurious for most.

TENSION

In the age of digital, and with the rise of various arts expositions in Hong Kong, HK-ers are exposed to an evolving approach to arts that is more accessible.


Most people show interest in art, but also consider it an acquired taste.
